Behavior Technician
What are we looking for?
Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a center or home-based setting. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors, and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors which are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring a full-time (30-40 hours/week) Behavior Technician to provide services in Bay County and Auburn, MI. Encompass Therapy Center is accredited through the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence.
What qualifications are needed?
Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, Sociology)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential strongly preferred, if none, training will be provided and required within 6 months of hire
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Speech language pathologist
What are we looking for?
Encompass Therapy Center of Bay City and Auburn, Michigan is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for full time employment. Encompass Therapy Center focuses on serving children with autism. Learn how to collaborate with applied behavior analysts to help children reach their fullest potential.
What qualifications are needed?
Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates
Experience with childhood apraxia, autism, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), language processing, and general speech and language challenges are preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBAs are responsible for developing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors, and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors which are implemented one-to-one with our Behavior Technicians. We are currently hiring a full-time (30-40 hours/week) BCBA to provide services in Bay County and Auburn, MI. Encompass Therapy Center is accredited through the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence.

Master's Degree in ABA
Current and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate and license (LBA)
